ADMISSION: There is no charge to enter either the Jolly Roger Amusement Park Rides Area, Jolly Roger at the Pier or Speedworld. All attractions in these areas are "pay-as-you-go." There is an admission to Splash Mountain Waterpark for everyone entering and all attractions in the waterpark are included in this admission.

BEFORE RIDING OUR RIDES: For your safety, all rides have height, size, and/or age restrictions. Please refer to the Posted Rider Safety and Responsibility advisories at each ride. Some rides may have to be closed temporarily for inclement weather or for required maintenance, but will reopen as soon as possible. The Maryland State Department of Licensing and Regulation Amusement Ride Safety Inspection Division inspects all of our rides annually. In addition, all attractions are inspected daily by park personnel.

FIRST AID: The main First Aid Station for Jolly Roger Park is located in the Public Relations Office. There are three (3) First Aid Stations in Splash Mountain. The Speedworld First Aid Station is located in the Speedworld Main Building. At Jolly Roger at The Pier, First Aid personnel can be requested to respond to any location in the park by going to the closest attraction.

DRESS: Jolly Roger prides itself on being a Family Park. With this in mind we request that attire be suitable for such an atmosphere. Footwear and Shirts are required on all rides in Jolly Roger Park and Speedworld. Proper and tasteful swimming attire is required in Splash Mountain Waterpark.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Alcoholic beverages are neither sold nor allowed on the grounds of any Jolly Roger Park.

SMOKING: State Law prohibits Smoking in all buildings at the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Pier. We prohibit smoking in queue lines or on any rides

PETS: Pets of any kind are not permitted on the grounds of the Jolly Roger. Service animals for the physically challenged, of course, are always welcomed. We would also like to remind our Guests that you should not leave your pets in your vehicle, as this can be a severe health risk for your pet, and is also in violation of Ocean City Ordinances.

GUESTS WITH PHYSICAL OR MENTAL CHALLENGES: All guests are welcomed in the Jolly Roger and facilities for the physically disabled are available in all park restrooms. For safety reasons, however, not all rides and attractions may be suitable for all of our Guests. Please check with Guests Services should you need assistance during your visit.

FILM AND CAMERA SUPPLIES: Film and camera supplies as well as sunblock and other items are available at either of the Gift Shops.

AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE: ATMs are available on both properties at 30th St. and at the Pier.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED: Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Pier, Speedworld, and Splash Mountain Waterpark accept cash or traveler's checks, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
